Quinquennial Inspections

A Quinquennial Inspection is a survey, undertaken every five years, of the fabric of Church buildings, to ensure that the buildings are in good repair. The quinquennial report produced is one of the key documents which assists the Church in the care and repair of a church building, for which it is legally responsible. It gives a snapshot of the repair needs of the building, and lists the repairs required according to their priority. This regular system of review is designed to ensure that church buildings are kept in good repair.

We undertake a number of Quinquennial Inspections for churches, manses, and other ecclesiastical buildings.
