Case Study - Kings Church, Wirral

The current church buildings were originally constructed in the 1930s as a school with various small extensions added over the years. The maintenance costs are ever increasing and the internal layout no longer meets the needs of the church. During the course of the feasibility study a number of options were explored including partial demolition together with alterations and refurbishment. However, the cost analysis has proved that to carry out the total demolition and the construction of a new church centre represented best value for money.
